PRIVACY POLICY

A.D.SYSTEMS PTE. LTD. (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates a storage and remittance service for Crypto-assets and Tokens named PEACE COIN, “PEACE COIN Wallet and Community Management Tool” and other related services (hereinafter “the Service”). In operating the Service, we have established the following privacy policy, building a system to protect your Personal Information. We promote the protection of Personal Information by making all employees aware of the importance of personal information protection and fully comply this privacy policy.

1. PERSONAL INFORMATION

The term “Personal Information” shall mean the personal information as defined in the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (Act No. 57 of 2003, hereinafter “Personal Information Protection Law”). It is information about a living individual including a name, date of birth, or other description that can identify a specific individual, or information which contains identification code, etc.

2. COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

We will acquire and use your Personal Information to the extent necessary for the following purposes. In the case we use your Personal Information beyond the scope of the purpose of use, we shall obtain your consent in advance by an appropriate method.

  1. To provide the Service (including displaying your name on the management tool of the Service)
  2. To confirm the identity of the person upon registration for the Service
  3. To improve the contents of the Service or to develop new services
  4. To inform you of new features, updates and campaigns of the Service, and other services provided by us (it may be sent via emails, flyers and other direct mailings)
  5. To contact you as necessary for maintenance, important notices, etc.
  6. To respond to inquiries from you regarding the Service (including identity verification)
  7. To inform you of the status of use of the Service
  8. To ask your cooperation in answering questionnaires and interviews related to the Service, and in participating in various events. Or to report the results of those surveys and events
  9. To investigate and analyze the usage history of the Service and use the results for the improvement, development and advertisements of the Service
  10. To identify users who violate the Terms of Service, or who attempt to use the Service for unfair or improper purposes, and to refuse them to use the Service

3. MANAGEMENT AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Personal Information shall be strictly managed, and except the following cases, we shall not disclose or provide any data to any third party without your consent. For your security, we shall take preventive and corrective measures against risks such as unauthorized access, loss, destruction, falsification or leakage of Personal Information.

  1. Cases in which it is necessary for the protection of a person’s life, body or property and that it is difficult to obtain your consent
  2. Cases in which it is particularly necessary to improve public health or promote healthy development of children, and that it is difficult to obtain your consent
  3. Cases in which it is necessary to cooperate with a national agency or a local government or a party entrusted by such body to carry out the operations prescribed by laws and regulations, and that obtaining your consent may interfere with the execution of such operations
  4. Cases in which all or part of the handling of Personal Information is outsourced in order to facilitate the smooth execution of business, to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of use
  5. Cases in which Personal Information is provided as a result of the succession of business due to a merger or other reasons
  6. Cases in which Personal Information is shared with a specific party, and that the effect, the items of Personal Information to be shared, the scope of parties to share Personal Information, the purpose of use, and the name of the party who is responsible for the management of Personal Information are notified to you in advance, or such information is made readily available for you
  7. Other cases as permitted by laws and regulations

4. CONSIGNMENT OF PERSONAL INFORMATION HANDLING

We may outsource all or part of the handling of Personal Information to a third party to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of use. In such cases, we shall fully examine the eligibility of the consignee, and supervise the consignee as necessary and appropriate under a contract with confidentiality obligation. In addition, we may share all or part of the acquired Personal Information in accordance with the provisions of Personal Information Protection Law.

5. ACCESS TO PERSONAL INFORMATION

We shall disclose your Personal Information upon your request without delay. However, we may not disclose all or part of the information in any of the following cases, and if we decide not to disclose the information, we will notify you that effect without delay:

  1. Cases in which there is a risk of harm to your life, body, property or other rights and interests, or those of a third party
  2. Cases in which there is a risk of significant hindrance to the proper conduct of our business
  3. Any other case that would be in violation of laws and ordinances

6. CORRECTION AND DELETION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

  1. In the event that Personal Information held by us is incorrect, we will correct or delete the Personal Information in accordance with our regulations upon request from you.
  2. In case that we receive a request in the preceding paragraph and that we determine it necessary to take measures to the request, we shall correct or delete the relevant Personal Information without delay and notify you the effect.

7. CESSATION OF USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

In case we receive a request of cessation of use or elimination of Personal Information (“Cessation of Use”) from you on the grounds that it is being handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use, or it was obtained through dishonest means, we shall conduct necessary investigation without delay, and based on the result of the investigation, we will cease use the Personal Information. Upon Cessation of Use, we will notify the effect to you. However, in case it is difficult to cease use of Personal Information due to considerable expenses and so on, and that we are able to take alternative measures necessary to protect your rights and interests, we shall take these measures.

8. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We will review this Policy from time to time and strive to improve it. We reserve the right to change the contents of this Policy at any time, except as otherwise provided in the laws and in this Policy. The modified Privacy Policy shall be effective from the time it is notified to you by the method prescribed by us, or it is posted on our website.

9. CHOICE OF LAW

This Policy shall be governed by and construed under the laws and regulations of JAPAN.

10. COMMUNICATIONS

We shall accept complaints and inquiries from you regarding the handling of Personal Information and shall respond appropriately and promptly to you. In addition, we will respond promptly and appropriately to your request for us to disclose, correct, add, delete your Personal Information, or your refusal of providing information.
